Terms and Conditions for HOPpON's Geo Index 'Western Australia (south) '

  • The purchase minimum is a 'bill-board' sized one square (10x10=100 pixels) $10, maximum is whatever is still available.
  • In 'purchasing' a bill-board you will not 'own' any part of our sites, but you have hired that space for 12 months to place some artwork
         covering that space, a text message of about 80 words and a link to your website.
  • Be sure of the image & link you want on your bill-board as you can only change it after 12 month when you would receive your re-newal letter.
         Changes in between can be processed against an administration fee.
  • The Geo Index sites will be online for at least the period customers have paid.
  • We will not display obscene, offensive or adult artwork & links, and we decide what is appropriate for our Geo Index. If you would change
         the content of the linked site later showing above named inappropriate content then your link
         will be removed until you provide a new one, and you will not get a refund for any downtime.
  • In case you would not re-new after expiry your bill-board might be removed from the
         respective Geo Index site, and the space would become vacant.
  • Artwork has to be GIF or JPEG format and fit precisely the size of your bill-board you hired (I.E.10x10 pixels for 1 square
         or 30x80 pixels for 24 squares). Animated artwork is not accepted.
  • You have to have the copyright for the artwork you provide and have to be the owner of the linked website you submit.
  • Before your bill-board can go live on our Geo Index sites funds must have been received in full and cleared by our bank.
  • There might be occasional downtime for site maintenance but we try and keep these to a minimum.
  • Once the funds have cleared and the artwork, link and text arrived your bill-board will be placed on our sites within 5 working days.
